Maintenance

Maintenance is essential for both reliability and effectiveness. Poorly maintained systems can become unreliable, lose their effectiveness and in extreme cases can cause health and safety issues. In some environmental conditions, for example; server rooms, reliability can be paramount. Correct servicing intervals and maintenance will reduce the likelihood of costly breakdowns.

Air conditioning systems are made up of a number of electrical and mechanical parts. Regular maintenance is advised to ensure that all of these parts are working correctly. This is not only to ensure system efficiency but to qualify for the manufacturers warranty.

Without correct, regular maintenance an air conditioning system is more prone to failure and will slowly become more ineffective over time. As a unit becomes more ineffective, it will also begin to use more energy. Keeping on top of maintenance will avoid increased energy bills and keep your rooms at the right temperature.

During each air conditioning service, our engineer first examine the system to identify any faults. Following this examination, routine service procedures are then followed to clean or replace serviceable items. On completion of the service, the system is fully tested to guarantee that it is working 100% effectively.
